Vikunja is a young Swedish rock/pop band, who has started to create somewhat of a buzz around themselves - without even having an album out.

In the autumn of 2011, the band (consisting of only three members; Alex Hansson on vocals, Johan Israelsson on guitar and Martin Larsson on drums) has not only been touring with Roxette, but also begun recording their debut album with well-known producer, Mats Valentin. Their music can be described as a heartwarming mixture of swedish pop melodies and the songwriting and attitude of the brittish rock arena.

2012 is sure to bring this band to new heights, and with that, Sweden will hopefully have another great band to be proud of.
